The Inner Circle is a great portal for the beginner through to the more experience yogi. The classes are easy to follow and offer a wide choice from gentle to general yoga with options to choose a meditation or a breathwork session.

An overview of what you can experience...

The clean interface of The Inner Circle Membership portal displays classes by duration and skill level and the beautifully lit studio setting is instantly calming. The 15 minute morning breathing practice is one of my favourite ways to start the day and when my hips are feeling tight from all that Netflixing on the couch, the Happy Hips video makes me feel relief within minutes.

You can choose classes by length - from 7 to 90 minutes and the skill level - Gentle is just that! easy to follow and gentle in flow and it’s great for beginners!

Why not start doing your poses from home and find your zen from your living room. The flows are just as any real-life class and the studio setup in the background is every bit as inspiring. The best part is, because it’s yoga, all you really need is a mat to flow from the living room.

What's included?

Your Inner Circle Membership is a monthly subscription of $55.00 per month to an online portal with easy to use navigation throughout.  

Over 100 practices make up the many and varied choices you have to suit your mood, the time you have and how strongly you would like to practice on any given day. Start your day with an uplifting breathing practice, end your day with a guided meditation and sprinkle some regular yoga practices throughout your week. It's up to you!

While the quality and content of a Yoga, Meditation or Breathing practice is unique to each person’s intentions, needs and their particular life situation, there is a practice to suit you:

 

      • Gentle Yoga Practice
      • Gentle Yoga practices are stretching, lengthening and restoring the mind and body. Explore your yoga journey and become familiar with key postures and moving in sync with the breath.

        Variations will be given throughout each practice to accommodate all levels. We spend time working out alignment and becoming familiar with foundation postures and how they can be linked together.

        You will also be introduced to yogic philosophy, breathing techniques and meditation.

        Join me on the mat for some mindful movement and explore the way the mind and body moves with the breath.

      • General Yoga Practice

        General Yoga practices are for all levels. We will work on flexibility, stretching and core strength to enhance the more challenging postures and strengthen and free the body to effect long lasting change and deep transformation.

        Variations will be given throughout each practice to accommodate all levels. We spend time working out alignment and becoming familiar with foundation postures and how they can be linked together. Yoga helps raise energy levels and improve concentration.

        Join me on the mat for some mindful movement and explore the way the mind and body moves with the breath.

      • Breathing Practice
      • Our Breath is the most precious substance in our lives and yet we totally take it for granted when we exhale that our next breath will be there.

        Breathing is our life force, also known as chi or prana and Pranyama is the sanskrit word for breathing practices. In yoga it is the regulation of the breath through certain techniques and exercises.

        Prana: Life Force

      • Ayama: To Extend

      • Pranayama: To extend our awareness of that to which is everywhere

        Join me on the mat to strengthen your lungs by expanding the breath and bringing focus to the mind and the body for your wellbeing.

      • Meditation Practice
      • Meditation is a practice using techniques such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity. It invites us to train our attention and awareness and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.

        Its purpose is to help increase both physical and mental peace and calm, which also helps us to learn how to live more fully in the present.

Practicing with me, you can rest assured that you are in good hands. Integrity is of the utmost importance to me and sharing my practices are about you, to support you, so you can begin to 'Explore your potential through Yoga'.


A qualified Yoga Teacher through the IYTA and a Certified Breathwork Practitioner, I also bring over 10 years of experience teaching and studying yoga and meditation to each session, along with over 25 years of self discovery and personal growth work from dance, medical and anatomical studies, spiritualism and more.


I love sharing my learning and explorations with you in a safe, inclusive way, opening you to your own capacities in life and healing.


The space I hold is gentle yet strong, deeply intuitive, sensitive, with a touch of lightness - while we keep it very practical.


We are here, it is the only place we can be and my aim is to make the most of it in body, mind and spirit: grounded, expanded, radiant and awake!
